Our goal at Camilyn Beth is for our customers to feel 100% satisfied in their garments. 

Online orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt.Orders received after 14 days will receive store credit. The 14 day return window begins on the day the order is delivered & should be dropped off at the post office by the 14th day.  Items may only be returned/exchanged if the garment has not been worn, altered, or washed.We are happy to provide a return-shipping label for any returns.  

All returns will have a 3% restocking fee (per item) applied at the time of the refund.

All sale items are final sale & are non-refundable, we will exchange or issue store credit.

A sale item is defined by discounted merchandise listed in the 'sale' section.

You may request an exchange for any item that has not been worn, altered, or washed within or beyond the 14 day return policy.  Exchanges can only be made if the style/size/color is in stock.  We try to make the exchange process as easy as possible to ensure you get the correct size for your upcoming event. Typically we will have you keep the original item ordered until the exchange item arrives to ensure you can compare between the sizes before returning an item. 

If you are on a tight timeline we recommend not processing the order as and placing a new order to ensure it ships ASAP. 

-We only allow for 1 complimentary exchange per order.

-If an exchange item is returned for a refund there will be a restocking fee applied. 

-Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will be issued a refund.
