Standard Return Policy for Online Purchases

Our goal at Camilyn Beth is for our customers to feel 100% satisfied in their garments. 


Orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Orders received after 14 days will receive store credit. Items may only be returned/exchanged if the garment has not been worn, altered, or washed. All returns will have a 3% restocking fee (per item) applied at the time of the refund. A prepaid USPS label is provided for all US orders.


Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are not eligible for prepaid return labels, and the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.



Try-On at Home Return Policy


Once your order is delivered, your 5-day trial period begins. After trying on your items, simply return any unwanted styles using the complimentary prepaid USPS return label included with your order. We allow additional transit time after the trial period before any authorizations are finalized.


Once your return is received by CB & processed the authorization hold will be released and you will only be charged for the items kept, along with any applicable shipping fees calculated at checkout.


Please note: the Try-On at Home program is currently only available for U.S. orders.



Final Sale Items

All In Person orders our Sarasota Store location are final sale. Store credit or exchange within 14 days only.


All sale & Discontinued Colors/Styles items online are final sale & are non-refundable, we will exchange or issue store credit.

A sale item is defined by discounted merchandise listed in the 'sale' section.


EXCHANGES


You may request an exchange for any item that has not been worn, altered, or washed within or beyond the 14 day return policy.  Exchanges can only be made if the style/size/color is in stock.  We try to make the exchange process as easy as possible to ensure you get the correct size for your upcoming event. Typically we will have you keep the original item ordered until the exchange item arrives to ensure you can compare between the sizes before returning an item. 


If you are on a tight timeline we recommend not processing the order as and placing a new order to ensure it ships ASAP. 


-We only allow for 1 complimentary exchange per order.

-If an exchange item is returned for a refund there will be a restocking fee applied. 

-Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will be issued a refund.
