Standard Return Policy

Our goal at Camilyn Beth is for our customers to feel 100% satisfied in their garments. 

Orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Orders received after 14 days will receive store credit. Items may only be returned/exchanged if the garment has not been worn, altered, or washed. We are happy to provide a return-shipping label for any returns. All returns will have a 3% restocking fee (per item) applied at the time of the refund.

You may request an exchange for any item that has not been worn, altered, or washed within 14 days of receipt. We highly recommend placing an additional order to ensure the item does not sell out. We are happy to provide a prepaid return-shipping label for any return items.

Try-On at Home Return Policy

Our Try-On at Home service allows you to experience our pieces in the comfort of your home before committing to a purchase. You may keep the items for up to 5 days from the date of delivery to try them on. At checkout, your card will be authorized for the full amount, but you will not be charged unless items are kept or returned late. All items must be returned in original, unworn condition within the 5-day window using the provided return label. If items are not received back within the 5-day period, your card will be charged in full.
