Do you have any stores, besides the Sarasota, FL location?

No, at this time we only have our headquarters & retail location in downtown Sarasota, FL.  We have no NYC location, our garments are produced by a third party manufacturer in the Manhattan garment district that is not open to the public. 

is there a way to try on the dresses before purchasing?

Yes! Most of our gowns & cocktail dresses are available for a 'try on at home'. Instead of selecting the 'add to cart' button just select 'try it on at home'. Try on trail period if 5 days & items can be kept if they work out. A prepaid USPS label is proved to return items.  MORE INFO HERE.


If you are local to Sarasota,FL or in town for a visit all of our styles are available in store for trying on:) We do have a local SRQ airport about 15-20 minutes from our shop. 

Why isn't there a hang tag on my gown?

As a small business committed to reducing our environmental footprint, we choose not to include hang tags on every item. Since we design & manufacture each piece ourselves, we’re able to ensure quality & authenticity without the extra packaging waste. It’s one of the small ways we aim to be more sustainable!

Are the try on dresses sample dress?

All gowns that are shipped as part of the 'try on at home' ordering process are production quality items & are the same items that are sent if ordered out right. 

Can I order & return?

Yes! We do accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the order in the mail. See more on our return policy HERE.

Are your dresses lined?

Yes! We fully lined all of our dresses/gowns. The lining is light weight & attached at the seams for beautiful look inside & out! 

How do I care for my dress?

We recommend dry cleaning the garment after wear. For general care we recommend steaming the item to release wrinkle before wearing. Most items can be ironed however recommend proceeding with caution as fabrics can burn if the iron is too hot.  See more of our 'care' recommendations HERE

How often do you restocK?

Every item is a little different. The best selling/classic styles like the Amelia, Alexandria and Rosemary Gowns are all restocked every 3-6 months. The other styles could be restocked intermittently or come back as a return. 


However has a small business we are not always able to restock certain colors & styles due to fabric availability, You can always reach out to hello@camilynbeth.com about certain out of stock items.

Do the gowns ever go on sale?

No our gowns are not included in any promotions. With producing in the US we strive to keep our gowns priced fairly & do not have margin for discounts. 


We do have a SALE section where you can shop styles we are no longer producing. The inventory is very limited & all sales are final ( exchange or store credit only). 

What happens if I purchase a dress & need to return it after the 14 days?

We can accept unworn/unwashed garments for store credit or an exchange (if inventory is available). For any further questions about this policy you can reach out to Camilyn Beth Customer Service. 

Are SALE Items available for return?

No, all sale items are final sale & can only be returned for store credit or exchange (if able).

How is your sizing? Do you offer petite?

Our sizing is 'true to size' for what you would typically wear (not bridal sizing). Some styles we recommend sizing up. or down depending on your measurements. You are always welcome to contact a CB customer service representative with your measurements for more guidance on a particular style. 


At this time we do not offer petite sizing & recommend alterations for the best fit. We do in-person fittings & alterations at our Sarasota store front. Turn around time is  typically take 2 weeks. We can not offer alterations without a in-person fitting to ensure that adjustments are correct.

Our business hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm & Saturday 11am-2pm. We are not always readily available to answer the phone if we are working with a client so we ask that you leave a message & we will get back with you ASAP. 

Do all the accessories pair with all of the dresses in the collection?

No. Each accessory is made to match the dresses that they come with in the same color/fabric. 


Some accessories are deigned to go specifically with the Phoenix Gown & can not be paired with the other designs.
