How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging

All sale items are final sale & are non-refundable. We will exchange or issue store credit for all sale items. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Am I able to exchange?

Yes we do accept request for exchanges & will process quickly to ensure speedy arrival. Only one exchange per order is available.

-If an exchange item is also returned for a refund there will be a restocking fee applied. 

-Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will be issued a refund. 

Are there any charges for return?

• A $12.00 restocking fee will be applied to your refund. Restocking fee applied per item in order (include exchanges)
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
• Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
