Our goal at Camilyn Beth is for our customers to feel 100% satisfied in their garments. 

Orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Orders received after 14 days will receive store credit. Items may only be returned/exchanged if the garment has not been worn, altered, or washed. We are happy to provide a return-shipping label for any returns. All returns will have a $12.00 restocking fee (per item) applied at the time of the refund.

You may request an exchange for any item that has not been worn, altered, or washed within 14 days of receipt. We highly recommend placing an additional order to ensure the item does not sell out. We are happy to provide a prepaid return-shipping label for any return items.

Each gown is made to order, which means once your order is received we begin production on that item. The ship date for your order is roughly 4-12 weeks away from order date. We recommend to place your order at least 2-3 months in advance of your event to accommodate for any alterations if needed. 

Items may only be returned if the garment has not been worn, altered, or washed. All ‘made to order’ items are only available for exchange or store credit. No returns for refunds are able to be processed for store credit. 

We are able to customize gowns in a variety of colors. Please email hello@camilynbeth.com with the gown style & color option that you are interested in.
