What does 'made to order' mean?
Each gown is made to order, which means once your order is received we begin production on that item. The ship date for your order is roughly 8-12 weeks away from order date. We recommend to place your order at least 2-3 months in advance of your event to accommodate for any alterations if needed.
Am I able to return my order since it is 'made to order'?
Yes, as long as there are not customizations made we are able to accept your gown purchase for a return within 30 days of receiving your dress in the mail.
Do you offer any other colors than what is listed?
We are able to customize gowns in a variety of colors. Please email hello@camilynbeth.com with the gown style & color option that you are interested in.
Can you send color swatches to me?
We are happy to send color swatches of the hues that you are interested in. Please email hello@camilynbeth.com with your shipping address & the color that you are interested in.
Can you customize any of the wedding gowns?
We are able to make adjustments to the pattern of the wedding gowns available on the website. Any customizations made will make the item non returnable. Please consult with a CB wedding concierge to check on availability for customization.
We are able to make a dress to measurements if you do not see your size listed. We ask that you reach out to a CB stylist at hello@camilynbeth.com to confirm availability & timing. Once you have spoke to a CB stylist you may place your order for the custom item & enter your measurements in the notes section when checking out.
