What does 'made to order' mean?
Each gown is made to order, which means once your order is received we begin production on that item. The ship date for your order is roughly 4-12 weeks away from order date. We recommend to place your order at least 2-3 months in advance of your event to accommodate for any alterations if needed.
Am I able to return my order since it is 'made to order'?
Items may only be returned if the garment has not been worn, altered, or washed. All ‘made to order’ items are only available for exchange or store credit. No returns for refunds are able to be processed for store credit.
Do you offer any other colors than what is listed?
We are able to customize gowns in a variety of colors. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the gown style & color option that you are interested in.
Can you send color swatches to me?
Are you able to adjust the length of the dress?
All gowns are made to be 60" in length to accommodate for all heights. We always make the dresses a little longer to accommodate for different shoe/heel heights. We recommend having the dress altered by a local seamstress to be adjusted to proper height for your event. If you are on a time crunch we ask that you enter your height in the notes section of the order & we will do our best to accommodate but this will be considered a 'custom' item and is no longer available for a refund.
We are able to make a dress to measurements if you do not see your size listed. We ask that you reach out to a CB stylist at email@example.com to confirm availability & timing. Once you have spoke to a CB stylist you may place your order for the custom item & enter your measurements in the notes section when checking out. Please refer to this video for our tips on taking your measurements!
